I am Jordan McWilliams, a dedicated wildlife photographer based in Newmarket, Canada.
My passion is the art of capturing the raw, breathtaking beauty of the natural world and transforming these moments into stunning pieces for the home or office. While I specialize in avian and native species, my portfolio encompasses the full spectrum of Canada's diverse wildlife.
As a Canadian photographer, I am incredibly fortunate to have easy access to world-class trails and provincial parks. This proximity to nature allows me to consistently explore, refine my craft, and document our rich biodiversity, giving me a unique perspective that I am eager to share with those who may not have the same access.
My journey into photography began eight years ago, coinciding with a recovery period from a significant injury. This experience allowed me to fall deeply in love with observing and documenting different animal species. Looking through the lens offered a profound new perspective, opening my eyes to the incredible intricacy and essential value of our planet’s natural environments.
